You made a mistake in the packaging. This is obvious. :-) The archive contains the file /etc/postinstall/lyx.sh/lyx.sh so the script lyx.sh is in the wrong location. It should have been directly in /etc/postinstall. I also found it out. Perhaps I will split the package into lyx-common, l
