If the tool properly detects a duplicate ICLA, it properly reports the
duplicate with a link to the existing ICLA. If the link is copied via the
click-dropdown-copy-link the link can be opened manually by creating a new tab
or window and pasting the link.

I just filed Paul's ICLA requesting his account so he can be processed as a new
member.
Without the project, secretary workbench refused to file the ICLA and request
the account.
So again I asked for a dummy project, this time incubator which is probably ok
since it actually grants no access t

I recall that in times past, filing an ICLA for a voted committer on a podling
would request an account with committer privileges to both incubator and the
podling.
That changed and now only incubator privileges are set for the new committer.

I just filed an ICLA that had an attachment named Committer-icla-pdf.asc
The workbench properly renamed and filed the sig as icla.pdf.asc along with the
icla.pdf.
But it did not properly remove the sig file from the email message. I had to do

If a user sends multiple documents in one email (e.g. SGA and CCLA) and
secretary files one of the documents, the entire message is put into deleted
state. If the second document is also valid, secretary needs to un-delete the
original and then process the second document.

When there are multiple documents in an email, the recent process was to file
each document in turn, and when no documents are left to file, return to the
main page.
But the recent change to immediately go to the main page after filing one
document results in a bug when there are multiple

I made a comment on a project report, and since we have discussed having
directors' real names in emails sent to projects after meetings, I changed my
asf id in the comment.
But apparently that action changed the id in all of the approvals as well.
If this is expected behavior, I certainly did
Markpub can be subscribed manually but doesn't appear to be an option on whimsy
"subscribe to mail lists". Is this intentional or an oversight?

The ICLA submitted today from J.S. fails. When viewing the pdf, scrolling stops
in the middle of the document and the page hangs. The only thing that it will
do is reload the page and then try again.
Seems that scrolling the pdf causes a failure.

I'll propose a patch to www/secretary/workbench/templates/icla-invalid-id.erb
that may clarify that the id is reserved.
