I just filed Paul's ICLA requesting his account so he can be processed as a new member.
Without the project, secretary workbench refused to file the ICLA and request the account. So again I asked for a dummy project, this time incubator which is probably ok since it actually grants no access to any project. But let's fix this, shall we? Craig Craig L Russell c...@apache.org
