This is an already known issue. Please see here for details: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=7747 The workaround is to put the table not at top. E.g., put the cursor into cell A1 (top left) and before any content. Then press [Return] to create an empty paragraph before the table.
