Now it makes sense. Is there a way to find out the account ID of the assignee OR search for the "real name"? I was thinking that ooo would stand for OpenOffice.org, so the report would be assigned to ALL devs. What about openoffice and issues? Are they also real user names or general assignee names to tell that the issue is assigned to all devs or a list or something in those lines. So I guess that "AOO security list" stands for secur...@openoffice.apache.org ???
