For even more performance bumps, I also have a relay running

and am afraid I don't believe to have any good idea. For all I
can tell, in its present shape, the mini-ccd.cif already allows
for basic functional testing.

I closed #1048044, yet another case of double source build
failure affecting the legacy muscle3 package. I will probably
busy myself with other things to take a bit of rest instead of
squashing further bugs for today.
