I've found a bug.. with this patch anna reinstalls some packages that
are already installed, including rootskel. This zeros /var/log/messages,
and the third virtual console stops displaying base-installer output and
etc (unless you're in low memory mode; then the tails are restarted).

I downloaded the d-i 07 july 2004 version.
We have improvements now.
The ide-cd, ide-cdrom, ide-isofs were installed.
It seems that basic cdrom is working now.
But the other modules were not loaded:
ide-mod
ide-probe-mod
ide-generic
ide-floppy
ide-scsi

what is the proper way to quit the DELAY shell ?
My thought was to enter `exit' (or `quit'),
but if I do that I get a kernel panic message.
