These are both a little bit outdated. Can you try an initrd with the latest versions?
The images at http://debian-amd64.alioth.debian.org/debian-installer/ seem to contain current versions. I don't know how the amd64 CD images are created, but they don't seem to use the same process as the images for other arches. I don't know if you could ask manty to build CD images for you or if this is impossible as long as amd64 is not included in the archive.
