I noticed that anna's list of modules, displayed in very low memory mode
with this patch, is a bit innaccurate now. It says "the listed installer
components all have low priority and are probably not necessary", but
with the patch, not everything shown has low priority. In my particular
case (24 mb netboot install), I naively chose nothing, and it didn't
load ide modules so that install failed. The next try, with
ide-core-modules and ide-modules worked to partman, though partman
seemed to enter a loop during formatting (1.6 mb ram free) and never 
finished writing the root filesystem. Perhaps I missed another
necessary udeb.

Anyway, we need to find a neutral wording that works in both modes, or
use a different template for lowmem in anna.

I've also tested it with 40 mb netboot, and with full memory mode, and
both seem to work as they did before, so the patch seems good to me.
