one thing I regret not doing with my rambouillet was to have centerpull braze ons put on. If I had it to do over again, I would spec the new gran bois centerpulls to my rambouillet, and maybe midfork braze-ons. since the front end geometry wasn't exactly designed for low trail, you might want to consider having bilinky build a new fork instead with more rake for lower trail.
