Not at all. It requires an email confirmation before you are really
unsubscribed:

> By clicking on the Unsubscribe button, a confirmation message will be
> emailed to you. This message will have a link that you should click

Otherwise a third party could as easily unsubscribe just from, well,
this mailing list.
