Oh no, I thought I am ready and want to leave for holiday tomorrow... I am not sure where the problem comes from, but if your output is so wrong, the aff file is maybe the source. I must admit, that I just tested the single words with the command -d sursilvan, using hunspell 1.2.8. Yes, the italian output looks much better...
