Or you can just put the header tank inside one of the stub wing tanks like I did, but yes, I have a main pump running all the time, and a backup pump (just flip it on...check valves eliminate any manual valves). I use an Ellison, which likely won't run well on gravity feed when the fuel level gets very low.
