Ok, I know some people are going to be offended by this, but here goes.
There are some guys who use the fact that some women (and, yes, there are
some men that are the same way), cannot rememeber how to do certain tasks.
This is their reasoning behind saying women do not belong in the industry.
Personally I think that is a load of hogwash.
Yes, some guys blunder ahead, but that is a generalization. There are women
who blunder ahead without a clue also.
I do however, agree that most women have the ability to explain better.
Most guys do not have the patience to sit and explain. Women are much more
patient. Most guys, when asked to explain something on a computer would
rather sit at the machine and do it than explain how to do it. I believe
this is partially because the guys may not know how to explain it without
doing it.
