That's a great project especially since it profits from the hefty $2,000 per
unit utility credit from Peninsula Clean Energy. 

Besides the app problem brought up by Electrek, hopefully the security is
pretty good (which it probably is considering the Condo units cost between
$500k-$1m) so that nefarious people can't sneak in and just unplug the 14-50
from the Pando unit, cut the EV cord shy of the Plug and run off with an
almost perfectly good EVSE. All it needs is a new Plug put on the EV cord!

If I start getting various people wanting a new plug put on their EVSE that
somehow doesn't have a plug already on it, I guess I'll know where it came
from...
