I already explained why just installing a bunch of 14-50's is dumb.  Say
you have 100 parking spots, now you need to install 5,000 amps of feeders
to all these!   Imagine the cost!   Then you get into the fact that the
14-50 is not made for daily cycling, nor is weatherproof, and requires an
expensive GFCI.  Oh, and you also have to run a 50a capable neutral to each
outlet, even though no portable EVSEs use it!

If you run say 200A 3-phase down a row of parking spaces and use a smart
EVSE with BYOC (Bring your own cord), the EVSEs can do the GFCI, Metering,
and coordinate to make sure all EVs are charged overnight on just the
relatively small 200A 3-phase feeder without overloading.
