It is product names of external products we no longer want in any sub-domains, 
that includes Hudson and Jenkins, nothing to do with trademarks and certainly 
nothing to do with Oracle, we are following Koshukes code as a choice by the 
community and we have committers involved with that direction. So again, no 
trademark law involved in the decision at all and your expansion of and 
original mail was not required nor relevant. This is a list  regarding build 
systems at the ASF, any other discussions belong elsewhere.
