OK, I'll expand. Based on all the reading I've done about trademark law, inside and outside of the ASF, I think that it is utterly far-fetched to worry about the idea that Oracle will assert some sort of trademark infringement if we have a domain name of hudson.apache.org for any purpose in creation except promote some other CI system. And I cannot see a running instance of Jenkins as a 'promotion'. So I claim that the trademark business is not relevant, and we can have hudson.apache.org as a transitional convenience as look as we like.
