The blacklist_from feature in SA works based on the contents of the email address.. thus for the above blacklist to work, the person's email address would have to be "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" or something of that form.

If you really have to do it with spamassassin, it's a job for a custom rule that looks at the received headers. But if you really want to absolutely blacklist a network, you're probably a lot better off just blocking them at the MTA layer. (ie: /etc/mail/access for sendmail).
