There are lots of tools with these features but they don't work with any 
document source. e.g. they just work with consumer services like google 
drive and dropbox or they just work with one enterprise product like 
Sharepoint. The big difference with AsdeqDocs is you can search/annotate 
etc. any document, regardless of where it's stored in your company. For 
example you could find any document mentioning a client whether it's an 
attachment in your exchange emails, a report in Sharepoint or an account 
record in Oracle.
