James, we recently through this process as well. When we wrote our first script we came out at about 1:30 too, and then we were just brutal about getting it as close as we could to around the 1 minute mark. (Which is as long as you'll ever see a TVC so I think that's a pretty reasonable benchmark of where most people's attention span is at).

If you think about the context of where people are likely to click on this, they've probably found the video because they're aware of the problem and they want a solution. The problem your descring in four words is Mobile document security sucks, it is a pretty easy concept for most people to grasp so I'd just be cutting straight to the chase as to how you solve it and what business benefits you deliver.
