i have found out that the firmware on this phone is the 420x version and the
most recent stable version is the 500x version.
i am at the stage of doing the update from the older to the newer firmware

We'll start with where did you get the phone? If it was from AT&T! This
isn't the E71. This is the E71X and if you use there EMail option, it

this. I use my e71 as my primary alarm. I have it set to go off every
workday at 5:30. In the last couple of weeks the phone change the alarm time
