We'll start with where did you get the phone? If it was from AT&T! This
isn't the E71. This is the E71X and if you use there EMail option, it
doesn't work with any screen reader. You need to use the Nokia EMail client.
Next did you download any EMail program and is that what you are running? If
so, what is the name of the EMail program that you are using?
