I think whatever the official line about symbian is from Nokia the
strategic reality is that they are now going to devote little if any time to
symbian development. The CEO describes the quote whole company " focussing
on windows. The symbian system is obviously seen as the lame duck which is

I have actually moved from BT Internet to Virgin .
Accessing data on Virgin via my mobile would be £4.50 for an hour as opposed
to 30p per day, which is why I was looking for this workaround.

The problem is that the Nokia web browser cannot save the web page as a
file onto the phone or mass memory, so there is nothing currently that

This is what I did on my N86.
Most of the time it prpre-selected my wireless LAN.
Very occasionally it tried to connect through t Mobile but it seems to have
got the point now and is now pretty much offering LAN as the default all
the time now.
