I am using an N86 with 2 hearing aids. I have not found any way to use a
loop signal from the phone. However you can switch the call to loud simply
by pressing soft key 2 which I find ok. Using an ordinary pair of headphones
is also a relaxing way to make calls as the volume is very good through
these.

Great. Can you ask her if her t-coil with hearing aid works with her phone?

She will know what I am talking about. I hope she contacts me.
