Hi, As an owner of a Sam Hil. And a 82' Trek 613, I'd recommend the San Marco, primarily because the Trek will run a maximum tire size of 28mm with fenders (700c conversion). Further, the Riv has a very nice feel that is quite distinct from the Trek, more stability, better down hill handling. No
