Why make it harder and more complicated than it has to be? Unless of course you
want to only use the defaults, then it’s a different matter, but if you really
want to configure Mut at least when i used it, the config file was several
kilometers long and as development probably has progressed
You should be able to change your default editor in mutt to something else like
nano (which, yes, is already on your Mac). Probably definable in .muttrc or in
.profile or .bashrc (these aren’t there by default but should be able to create
them…)

It’s not the same app, I’ve seen it but as I managed to copyright the name I’m
assuming the developer of that app hasn’t. It’s possible that I can change the
name for the iOS version. It’s something to worry about after I’ve got the app
working a little better.

If I were to leave Time Machine on but not have my portable hard drive

Time machine kicks off about one an hour to backup anything that has
changed. First thing it does is check to make sure the backup drive is
there. If not it fails silently and tries again in another hour. So, as
Tim said, the impact of leaving TM on should be pretty minimal.

only beeps if you do that. And I don't know why. Even the up and down
arrow cause it to beep.

It's a long story, but I am in the process of testing an iPhone 4 so that I can

I've got it under my Apple ID and everything. I have copied both Access Note
and Drop Box to my iPhone. I have Drop Box on my Ma

regularly. But, I do not use it for braille or with braille. All I know is that
i have it "hooked up" with DropBox and I press the sync button rather
conscienciously and my stuff is usually properly sinced.
