A Mac with Apple silicon will not run Bootcamp. There are some other options,
but there may be some accessibility issues with some of these options.
Apple does still sell a Mac mini with an Intel processor, and this Mac will run
bootcamp.

Hi,
Yesterday my 2012 imac died. I’m trying to decide what to buy. I’m thinking
of getting a mac mini with M1 chip.
My questions are:
1. Could I run windows in bootcamp on it?
2. What sort of monitor I need to get? I don’t thinkk it comes with a monitor.
Many thanks
Andrew

My mac does not have a Touch Bar its a M1 Mac mini. I may need to acquire
another monitor maybe that will fix it so voiceover can finally come back on
and those beeps can stop.
