I’ve never had any Mac other than a Mac mini. I haven’t tried to use my iPhone as a camera or mic yet but I’m considering trying it. the only thing I have to offer is that I successfully used a pair of After Shockz headphones as a Mic. they cut out the external speakers and then you can press the button as if you were answering the phone.
