It’s in VO Utility, Speech, customise voices. Interact with a voice, and press
the Info button. That opens a sheet to customise the voice. Eloquence has the

slot. Another thing they took away is the power lamp. The Mini I got
in 2012 had a bright red LED power indicator on the front edge. The
new ones don't.
