Hello, I use LyX [1.5.5, 1.6Beta] on top of a small installation of MiKTeX on Windows. For all postscript related tasks I use the internal version of ghostscript (mgs) and it works all the time. However, LyX always install another version of ghostscript which is redundant in my environment. So
