I cannot reproduce this with the English versions of these files. What language 
version have you used?

I cannot reproduce this. What is your Windows version?

I act like other programs do this as well. I put all binaries (.exe files) in one folder and name it "bin". The python.exe requires the lib files in a subfolder of its folder. But all this is only done when you don't have already Python installed. But anyway, why is this important?
