CraigW just remember the below statement is accurate until you have forward pull when applying power. When forward power is applied then you are now exerting ( levered pull on the lower mounts. and the longer they are.. The more ft/lbs of stress you exert on them. Ex. 10? ratchet with socket..

Forgive my ignorance, but are you getting the blast tube air from Ram Air and does it have its own air intake in the cowling. Sorry, but i try to never assume any thing. > On Feb 6, 2015, at 5:33 PM, Mike Stirewalt via KRnet list.krnet.org> wrote: > > DJ said, > >> "On my (Rotec) installation

we can share photos. They just need to be reduced in size to less than 100kb. its to allow people with slower internet connections to still enjoy the list. > On Jan 27, 2015, at 12:22 AM, gluejam via KRnet > wrote: > > But some of us don't use Facebook... > --

the only thing i could see as a variable, would be the wind traveling Up the windshield and possible skipping over some of the board. if the board is too short, you won?t have any results. Too tall may rip it off the roof. I can?t wait to hear the results. > On Dec 31, 2014, at 1:29 AM, A

it would seem at least sufficient for our application. Is there a way to check resistance while the board with holes is in the stowed position? > On Dec 30, 2014, at 7:17 PM, bjoenunley via KRnet > wrote: > > Belly board holes or no holes; > > I have considered making a belly board with hole

I am not an aero dynamic expert. I would how ever like to point out that if you look at a golf ball you will notice Dimples. These dimples actually decrease drag, by creating a circle effect just like the bed of a pick up truck with the tailgate up. In a sense, it propels the truck forward

Mr McCauley has it right. He said the wing with the aileron going up ( wing going down) has the increased throw to add drag. Adam Tippin A&P KR2S builder > On Dec 12, 2014, at 10:17 PM, Dan Heath via KRnet > wrote: > > I think that is backwards. You want the drag on the d

38" is the KR2S base shoulder dimensions. Personally I've widened mine to 43" at the shoulder. All this was done without adding more 5/8" square stock.
