I was updating the .po file and there's a msgid that reads "Flag" in
contrib/comments/templates/comments/flag.html:12, as far as I
understand Django's i18n, if I translate Flag to anything in django.po
this translation would be used *always* no matter on where the string
appears...

Due to ticket #7461 an issue was raised about uppercase language names.
In English, languages are written with the first letter being uppercase
while other languages like 'es' and 'ca' write them lowercased unless
they're the begining of a sentence or single words.

By the way, we could thing about Language-Team and Last-Translator.
The first one should maybe point to this list. The other could be the
last translator itself or, again, this list due to the policy of Django
on not including specific names around the project.

You have the catalan translation updated on #4347, be aware that I
moved from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 so maybe there's something screwed up,

There does not seem to be consensus on how to call the language talked in
Spain and also no consensus if those two terms refer to the same language.
Some people consider "Castellano" and "Español" to be synonyms
