I updated a personal project to the latest new release for a

My deal is I've always preferred the programming model in the flash runtimes.
The way you control graphics and objects and the organization of flex project
code is superior. Also the use o
experience with both
this and some modern js libraries leaves me preferring the code organization
provided with flex projects, pqckages and classes. Javascript on the other hand
can be more difficult to organize in a reuseable way. Then the javascript
language itself is not very good.

Does falcon succesfully translate httpservice components into ajax calls? I'm
curious about what a flex app that's heavy on SOA comes out of falcon as. One
thing I thought could be bad about the flash plugin is inspecting and debugging

This is what I was thinking, but the hardware is finally getting powerful
enough on mobile that you should be able to run the desktop player now. I have
a thinkpad tablet 2 with win8 and it can do stage3d flash in desktop mode
swimmingly.
So maybe a javascript export through class mapping is th

With so much fragmentation out there now would be a good time for Adobe to move
forward with AS4. Apple introducing a new language basically does what Adobe
didn't want to do by disrupting their developer ecosystem. Not that the action
script ecosystem wasn't already disrupted by being targeted
well. Flash
did that but was limited by reliance on the CPU and timeline based coding. Flex
doesn't use the timeline unless you create separate animations and stage3d uses
the GPU.
It seems to me that flex could be good in a new iteration if it leveraged a new

There's already the ability to cross compile to objective c for iOS, and swift
