Thanks for the bug report on bidiv, it seems to be an issue with cdbs
overriding the package LDFLAGS (and CFLAGS), I've uploaded now an
updated version to fix this FTBFS.

The problem here is that there are a few cases where the Mailman Web
Interfaces now *duplicate* the lists prefix:
