Debmirror does not use any special http flags to make sure caching proxies
or (in the ftp.se.d.o case) mod_cache servers serve old versions of
Release* (or Packages* for that matter). In the case of Release it is bad
since if it gets out of sync from Release.gpg it will fail to validate.
I suggest setting "Cache-Control: max-age=0" to request a fresh copy of
the Release* and perhaps other index files, as per apt behaviour.
The default behaviour of getting cached copies is a good thing wrt normal
packages though, so please fix this for the index files only.
