think it's going to be a winter job. A large pair of vise grips will do the job
temporarily if nothing else works.
It is a two lever control. The outer housing rotates with the throttle lever
and the inner housing rotates forward and back for forward, neutral and
reverse. I guess it's a side, flush mount, mounted to starboard of the wheel on
the side of the helmsman's cockpit.

out about as much as for a gallon, so most people probably buy the gallon just
to be safe. I can't imagine a quart painting a 27 footer.
