we are facing some svn problems at Jenkins/windows1 [1]
Apart of that, our builds run much longer on this instance than on ubuntu.
Please have a look on this instance.
As there were some SVN server changes recently and we might have missed some
necessary configuration changes, please advise

"%HOMEDRIVE%\%HOMEPATH%" (usually c:\Users\[username])? And if that
file is present, please check if it has the values
ErrorReportingEnable=1
TraceOutputFileEnable=1
in it.
