Well, after my coffee sank in, I realised that was a bit harsh. Sorry. But it's true nonetheless. We're all the volunteers, I get that. However, taking on a responsibility means that you take it seriously, especially if other volunteers rely on you. You explained there are at least 9 people who can administer the 'windows1' node, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect at least one of them monitors emails about - and the status of - the node at least once a day. That's why I waited at least a day to raise the alarm.
