When the volumes are updated to access=readwrite the commands seems to work and
in the error it doesn't show much. It seems the tapes go offline fairly
quickly, As soon as the request for a mount of the tape is made, At least
that's the way it seems to me.

and recycle both TSM server A and Server B the exports should be ok and pickup
where they left off once I restart them correct?

I exported a node ( and it's Data) from TSM SERVER A to TSM Server B, I checked
the activity log and the export completed successfully.
I did a q occu for the node and the numbers are different however a query file
space and the numbers matchup exactly.
Question Which one do I use t

It's possible to do VM file level backups using the GUI Correct? I know on the
GUI under Actions Restore VM option I click on the + sign and see VM's but they
all say (VCB) FULL next to them.
And I checked the BACKUP VM option and it shows VM's but the drop down menu
only gives me a full select

We have 2 proxy vm servers
Proxy 1 - Windows 2003 standard R2 SP2 using Tivoli client level 6.2.3
(which was upgraded from 6.2.2.0 in which we were having the same issue)
During the nightly incremental VM backups are causing the server to reboot
(this started happening recently)

I removed those excludes from the dsm.sys, I think that will work for the time
being until I can find a way to update the option set to value No and get the
correct syntax working.

I did a "q inclexcl" and our solaris client option seems to be excluding
important files in a directory called >>>/db_backup/PRODBKUP/datafiles
Exclude All /.../*.DBF
Exclude All /.../*.CTL
If i edit the dsm.sys file to include these files is the following syntax

I can also add, the Incremental Manual db backup we ran fail same issue. Then
we tried a Full DB and it completed!
