Hi Richard, the dsmwebcl.logs shows nothing all it says is ok I am ready to backup, however in the morning it will just show the same thing the schedule was ready to backup but the Backup never runs? See below it showed it was ready to backup at midnite but it didn't backup. This morning it just shows that the schedule was ready for backup.

I don't see anything in the TSM Server Activity log, I did this search before the other day and it just shows the ANR2716E message and ANR2578W message. No other strange messages appear and as I mentioned the other two servers are now backing up ok. Don't know why the other 2 didn't backup the dsm.opt file parameters were the same. tsm: query actlog begindate=today-1 begintime=09:30:00 endtime=12:30:0 search=clientname Date/Time Message 11/20/11 00:01:46 ANR2716E Schedule prompter was not able to contact client DOPCLIENTNAME using type 1 (xxx.x.x.xxx 1500). Timothy - We've been advising you to examine two key logs in this problem: the dsmwebcl.log produced by CAD, and especially the TSM server Activity Log, which contains the most important information about the schedule attempts. What is recorded in those logs at the schedule times? Richard Sims
