Thanks Richard! Looks like I am going to have to try the local fix (using the Windows NT Backup utility) which I have never done before and not sure if its possible. It shows the Tivoli Client fix levels but since this is a Windows 2000 Box I believe we are at the highest level 5.3.6.7
