M.G. pulls out his handbook of metaphysical logic-chopping. He tells us Trump is not a fascist because he has not abolished opposition parties. He tells us in bold print that Trump's reactionary bourgeoisie works *within the constitutional framework*.
First the word, then the facts. Fascism is no longer, if it ever was, a thing that either is or is not. In common use as well as in useful logic, fascism can be roughly 60%, 75%, 100%. M.G. comments on events, but he has not followed them with competence. Elon Musk's actions are *disdainfully outside the constitutional framework*. M.G. ignores the pitiful acquiescence of the Democratic party and puts his hope in a majority for it. And how did M.G. miss that the NY Times and other liberal media that are not with Trump have objected in the main that his moves weaken U.S. imperialism and sacrifice its cover of humanitarian aid?
