VoiceOver has grown very fast in the last 3 years. Wait until Next OS is released, there are going to be nice surprises on accessibility. I have being working with tables in pages lastly and there is always a work around things. Why don't somebody, instead of creating a separated screen reader, makes Apple scripts to solve some issues? I think that VoiceOver y very powerful in combination with Applescript.
