Ok I must interject one last point. The last time I checked, Avaya has
several levels of certifications costing 5 times as much as Panasonic. I
also believe the others have more stringent certs at higher costs that take
longer to complete. AND you have to commit to a much higher dollar amount
AND have a minimum sales and service staff (I think they want 3-5 techs and
2 or more sales reps).

I think the cost for KXTD dealers is $500 per certified person to take the
KXTDA course and something like $800+ for non-kxtd certified persons.
Panasonic by far is much easier to get certified and takes only a week.

However, not being KXTDA certified yet, I feel the same pinch as all the
others who are certified and want to sell these systems. Good Luck, maybe
