It would be preferable to re-license as many files as possible to the Apache license, but ASF projects can include 3rd party code under a compatible license like BSD. > 4. If you need ICLAs for contributors depends on how the project handles copyright, in some cases, copyright is assigned to the entity who owns the repo, in that case we would only need a CCLA from that entity. To cover all eventualities, I would try and get ICLAs from anyone who made a significant contribution and a CCLA from DAGWorks. Also, you don’t need to get all CLAs before joining the Incubator, but you would need them before moving the repos.
