We just completed a migration away from Citrix Netscalers and onto F5 gear. I know there's lots of people really happy with Citrix, but I have "minimum standards" of what I expect from the support that I pay for, and Citrix couldn't come close to it. Any hardware-based solution may be overkill for you, but a lot of the vendors (Citrix and F5 both) have VMware-Appliance based versions either "out" or "in the release candidate stage", which might be suitable.
