Happened to me too. Reason: my profile contained my (retired) openoffice.org e-mail address instead of the Apache one. Resolution: get in contact with Infra on #asfinra or e-mail infrastruct...@apache.org and ask them to update your e-mail address from jzaATopenoffice.org to jzaATapache.org (or whatever).
