Do you already have the Apache Flex Installer> You should if you’ve installed Apache Flex recently. It should be in an “Apache Flex” folder in your applications folder. Run it, and in the upper right you can choose “Russian”. If it isn’t in the list, wait a few hours while the server propagates over to your region and try again. It should choose Russian for you if that is your default locale.
